My name is Lisa and I am a stay at home mom of four littles. My business is based in Bakersfield, California and I would like to tell you a little about myself and what inspired me to start this business.
I started this business because I lost my best friend in 2018 due to an unexpected accident. i wanted something to keep my mind busy. I instantly fell in love with being able to create items for friends and family that was 100% personalized to them. That hobby quickly grew into a passion that grew to where my business is today.
Starting this business was difficult at first. It was difficult because I wanted everything to be perfect. Like with anything new, it's hard to be perfect right away.
Running this business is seriously a passion of mine! I take pride in my quality, love and time that goes into every order. Hearing testimonials such as, "OMG I love it!." seriously makes it all worth it.
Within the next three years I hope to grow and expand my business. I want to introduce new items and challenge myself with new things that I can offer to my customers.
When you shop with me, I make sure that that you are a part of the process from the very beginning. I make sure to send updates of designs as well as pictures of the products I am using before I physically complete the shirt. I also always send a picture of the finished product before I ship them out. My process and top tier customer service are just two customer favorites that set me a part from other personalized shops.
